I Can See Clearly Now

Well, after the glasses getting run over on the highway incident, I had to make a trip to the eye doctor. I was due a checkup anyway. So, we drove about 50 miles north to get some new glasses and contact lens. I had been TOLD by my little sister to get a stylish new frame. I also got multifocal lens. I love the multifocal lens, but my distant vision isn't great in them, but she said that she can increase that on my next visit if I am still unhappy with them in 10 days. This was my first experience with multifocal lens. I had always used monovision lens, which can really limit your distant vision and are never just right. So, the mulitfocal are really nice. I can see the TV at a distance, the computer and read! So far, so good. Here are the new glasses;

I hope little sister approves, but I don't count on it!

I sure am missing my sweet grandbabies! It isn't getting any easier..................
